Full post production on 6 x 30 minute comedy set in a West Midlands Job Centre. Directed by Richard Laxton, The Job Lot focuses on the relationships between the people who work there, the people who don’t work there, or anywhere else for that matter.
Colin Peters graded the series with the Nucoda Film Master 2012_1 Software, and by using a variety of plug-ins, he gave the Birmingham Job Centre a bright and naturalistic guise. By utilizing Nucoda’s auto tracker, as well as shape and layer effects, Peters was able to shade and highlight different aspects of the frame that built atmosphere within each programme.
Senior dubbing mixer, Nick Fry, mixed with Avid Pro Tools 10, re-creating the sound of a busy job centre using a combination of SFX and ADR.
Tam Osman onlined using Avid Symphony.
