1 x 60 min documentary series for Channel 4. Turner Prize-winning artist and BAFTA-award winning presenter Grayson Perry returns to Channel 4 with his most ambitious project to date.
Grayson Perry’s Dream House charts the creation of Grayson’s riskiest and most personal public artwork of his career: a loving tribute and celebration of his homeland of Essex inspired by his life and the people he grew up amongst. This is his tribute to Essex Women in all their glory and his powerful challenge to the reductive myth of the ‘Essex Girl.’
Sonny Sheridan graded the series using the Nucoda Film Master, adding layers to give it depth, with brightness regions to grade specific parts of the screen. Sheridan used HLS to enhance tones throughout helping to tell the story and use clarity on certain shots emphasising Grayson’s surroundings.
Richard Wilson completed the online with Avid Symphony and Nick Fry mixed the audio with Pro Tools 11, working closely with director Neil Crombie, exec Joe Evans and composer Alex Parsons.
