Adam Curtis’s, HyperNormalisation, was made specially for BBC iPlayer and tells the amazing story, spanning 40 years, of how we got to this peculiar time of great uncertainty and confusion and where events keep happening that defy explanation and are out of control - from Donald Trump to Brexit, to the War in Syria and the endless migrant crisis. It delves into why these events are happening and why we, and our politicians, cannot understand them.
